MR. RAJIV ABRAHAM GEORGE passed his law from the Government Law College, Mumbai in 1983 and joined his father M.A. George (late), who had pioneered the field of arbitration in Kerala from 1972. He has been practicing as an Advocate for 32 years and has a wide clientele whom he has been representing in the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial fora. He is specialized in the field of contracts and arbitration. He also handles matters related to Consumer Disputes, Media and Construction Laws and laws relating to General Commerce apart from writ jurisdiction.
He has been representing large and medium construction companies both Indian and foreign as well as individual Contractors and has conducted arbitrations all over India against their employers who are essentially Departments / Undertakings of the Central and State Governments right from the tender stage till the culmination of the arbitral proceedings.
